Jake Hatch explained what he took away from the press session, including injury updates, Sitake's assessment of No. 24 Utah and good message on how things should be handled during rivalry week

Attention then turned to Big 12 expansion as the rumor mill continues to issue out nuggets and reports. Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy spoke at length about the topic and Jake Hatch let listeners hear from him as well as adding what he's hearing with regards as to when things are expected to happen

Finally, the show wrapped up with some West Coast Conference news as the BYU men's and women's cross country programs are expected to repeat as WCC champions and have a number of athletes on the preseason All-WCC team as well as Madi Allen garnering WCC defensive player of the week honors in women's volleyball
