Jake Hatch shared his thoughts on the matter and what the situation may entail for all parties involved as this decade-long flirtation revs back up

Attention then turned to the 2016 football season as the Kalani Sitake era began in the 100 Seasons of BYU Football Countdown. Jake Hatch talked about the debut season for Sitake that featured four narrow losses and a lot of star power that propelled the Cougars to a 9-4 campaign

Finally, the show wrapped up with a big win for the No. 24 BYU women's soccer program Thursday night as they beat No. 25 USC 2-1 before looking at the season-opening slate of games for No. 15 BYU women's volleyball and Jake makes his Week 0 picks (straight up winners) for the opening five games of the college football season tomorrow
