The Locked On Cougars Podcast for Tuesday, May 25, 2021

Tuesday's podcast began looking at odds for the BYU football program as they get ready for their 2021 season this fall. The Southpointe sportsbook in Las Vegas has the Cougars as underdogs in four games while one other is a pick 'em in their early "Game of the Year" odds that were released recently. Jake Hatch thinks BYU is being undervalued.

The 100 Seasons of BYU Football Countdown continued in the B Block as we look back at 1951 for the Cougars. Chick Atkinson rallied his troops in fine fashion from an 0-11 season in 1949 to a winning record in 1951, but as Jake points out, it was another flash in the pan season for the Cougs

Finally, the show wrapped up with some notes on the announced return to full capacity at LaVell Edwards Stadium this fall for BYU along with weekly awards being handed out to BYU baseball outfielder Mitch McIntyre, who raked during the final weekend of the regular season for Mike Littlewood's squad as they look towards 2022
