How we can explore the limitations of dualistic mind and transform our attitude to welcome every experience as an opportunity for spiritual development, using the Seven Points for Healing Dualistic Mind, a first millennium Tibetan Buddhist lojong text by Kadampa Geshe Chekawa Yeshe Dorje.  Lama Zopa guides a meditation of shamatha (English: tranquility, or calm abiding) and meditative inquiry, an insight practice from the Tibetan that invokes, instills, and integrates prajna, precise knowing.
