Hay Kweenz, Regular Guys and Girls, we fooled 'em again! We made it to another edition of Regular Guy Friday! Life is happening for you, not to you, and the universe has you always.  Nature walks will help raise awareness to see it but walking alone in LA at night may not be the best idea, Kelsey!  Lacking awareness, being self involved, chasing rainbows,  focusing on what the universe isn't giving you and medicating is a recipe for mediocrity (and medicating doesn't just come in the form of alcohol or drugs). Then comes the shame which can elevate or destroy you. How we view the past is rarely accurate, making the allowance of shame and guilt to destroy us even more pointless.  Kelsey knows what the kids mean then they ask 'who's got the aux? ' While Kev thinks it's all chugey. We wonder where Kelsey's friend Tom from Nordstrom is at with all of the above.
