Description

What would you think if I told you that joy could be part of codependency? Well it can! Codependency and I have been friends for too many years to count (most of my life). However, in my discovery of this, I have found joy in learning who I am as an Adult and taking my childhood back. I might even say that I find it now as a gift as I now get to discover who I am and it's an exciting journey to take as an Adult. I feel my inner child come through me with excitement and wonder with all of the new thoughts, ideas and plans "we" have for my future. The journey can be an exciting one when we shift our idea about codependency and step out of victim mode. Just because we grew up codependent or are experiencing it now doesn't mean our lives are over! It means our lives can begin and the time is now to experience the joy that comes with this self-discovery process.
