Independence Day | 4th of July
Today's episode is a special episode, and proof again that Quality Matters Everywhere!  Many of you are going to be hitting the grill to slow smoke some meat this week.  Well we've got some simple tips on how to make the most of it, some learned the very hard way.  We hope you enjoy folks!
