Description
The Lo Lifers are in for a guilt-free treat as health coach, Canadian mermaid, and self-love kween Erin Treloar joins Lo to drop knowledge and tools to help navigate the world of filters, photoshop, and unrealistic beauty standards. After her own personal struggle with an eating disorder, anxiety, and negative body image, Erin set out to improve her relationship with her body and made it her life’s mission to help other women feel great in their own skin. Her journey to becoming a health and wellness coach wasn’t easy but she now lives a healthier, happier life that doesn’t revolve around the number on the scale and she teaches others how to do the same.
With a common love for wine, chicken wings, and Kaitlyn Bristowe, the connection was instant as Lo and Erin share their own insecurities and relationship with food. Turns out, Lo is a closeted intuitive eater — cat’s out of the bag! This episode offers a wholesome approach to finding freedom with food and breaking the diet culture cycle so you can start listening to your body's natural cues and say yes without the guilt and shame.
The message is clear — every body is unique and beautiful.
