Description
In today’s episode, Jorge recaps his most recent 19-Day Challenge, which ended on December 18, 2020, and shares with you his Zero Hunger Water.
During the challenge, his clients used a special recipe of essential minerals to curb their hunger and extend the time between meals. At the end of the challenge, he found that the clients who were the most successful embraced two elements of the Zero Hunger Plan: they drank at least six 32 ounce bottles of the #ZeroHungerWater (ZHW) and they learned to identify negative emotions that were impeding their progress and replace them with positive emotions.
The Zero Hunger Water contains 1000 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium chloride, and 60 mg of magnesium (magnesium malate or magnesium glycinate). The reason ZHW is the hero of Jorge’s plan is it balances the mineral deficiency that nearly every person has and helps curb hunger.
Jorge shared with them one of his most life-changing quotes, “Life is happening FOR you, not TO you.” With this philosophy, you can change the amount of effort you exert in your life to maximize your greatest success. This concept is known as “push versus pull.” You can illustrate this by visualizing how two magnets interact. If you try to put two magnets together by their like poles, you will expend a great deal of energy pushing the magnets together and even find that it’s virtually impossible to make them be attracted to each other. If, however, you put two magnets together with their opposite polls, the natural attraction makes it an effortless union as the opposite poles are attracting or pulling toward each other. Pulling expends much less energy than pushing and so you can accomplish your goals more easily.
