Brant Wilson is the EVP of TBC Corporation and President & COO of TBC Franchise Group. Brant joined TBC Corporation in November 2013 as Senior Vice President, TBC Franchise Group. Before joining TBC, Mr. Wilson was with H&R Block, where he spent eight years in increasing positions of management with his last assignment as Vice President of Acquisitions and Franchise Development. Prior to H&R Block, he was with Sprint Corporation, and ASAP Automation, Inc. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer with the United States Army. [17:51] One of the biggest factors in choosing franchisee candidates in Brant’s opinion is analyzing their “why”. [28:33] In Brant’s opinion, having name brand recognition helps with TBC Franchise Group’s success, but in the end, everything comes down to service and trust.
