I’ll talk specifically about hiring a business coach, but these steps work for hiring any kind of support. Because all too often we're pressured into making a decision (and that's not good, especially for peeps with an emotional authority). But it's not good for the rest of us because we don't get to ask the really important questions, like "Do you know anything about working with Human Design Projectors?" Working with someone who isn't aware of Human Design or who doesn't know who to work with projectors isn't a great idea. That means they don't understand your energy. You wouldn't hire a chef who didn't understand your dietary needs, would you? So why would you hire a business coach or virtual assistant who doesn't understand how your energy works?
