Description

Welcome to Episode 9 of The Madhappy Podcast.
Today we welcome Kyle, also known as Super Duper Kyle, onto the show to learn more about how his childhood experiences shaped him into the singer, songwriter, and creative he is today.
We start off by talking about Kyle’s first experience with mental health (05:57) as he opens up about how, in part, living in a hostile environment taught him to create happiness for himself.
Mason speaks about his parents’ divorce (14:35) as Kyle and Peiman share why they initially decided to go to therapy (15:31). Kyle talks about his experience being bullied as a kid and how he was able to stay positive, giving situations love rather than hate (18:46), as Mason shares how his mom used to tell him the powerful message that no one can make you feel anything (20:59).
Kyle lets us in on his writing process, sharing how his number one goal is to create songs that can help people find a new perspective (25:50) and incorporate positive messaging (30:16).
