He opened his agency on Dec. 1, 2018. His wife and business partner, Kimberlee, offers more than 13 years of experience in Allstate’s auto claims unit. People here still care about personal service and value the importance of looking out for one another.Giving back to the community is important to Josh. he's a boys soccer coach for the CJSL Bud Rank league and a Bible study leader at his church. Josh and Kimberlee are passionate about orphan care, they adopted their youngest son from Haiti and have many friends and family who serve as foster parents or have also adopted. One goal for Phanco agency is giving to organizations that provide orphan care, such as Chances for Children and City Without Orphans, or that serve families and single moms, including Habitat for Humanity and the Marjaree Mason Center.
