Description

We are dropping this week's episode a few hours early in light of the tragic events in Georgia in case any of our community members need somewhere to turn for support.  It goes without saying that we stand with our Asian-American community members against all racism.
Founded by today’s guest Wilma Mae Basta, DRK Beauty is a well-being and mental health digital platform that helps womxn of color discover and craft their own unique well-being journey.
She takes us on her journey of healing her own trauma, realizing the need for a directory, network, and community of healers and therapists for all womxn of color, and ultimately building her third business, DRK Beauty.
Wilma Mae is a badass, an incredible story-teller, and is truly here for our communities--we know you're going to love this episode.
We hope that anyone who is looking for therapy, resources, or help with their mental health take a look at DRKBeauty.com and their Instagram @thisisDRKBeauty. They have incredible resources, including free therapy for all womxn of color.
