Paul Boyce sits down with Keyvan Ghaytanchi COO of BEB Capital and Jennifer Lewis, Vice President of PWGC to discuss various financial aspects of the environmental industry. Keyvan Ghaytanchi is Chief Operating Officer at Port Washington, NY-based BEB Capital, a real estate investment company that has been growing in markets along the East Coast and features a diverse range of properties within its portfolio.
Keyvan oversees and manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, transactions, developments, leasing, due diligence, and risk control. In 2020, he was appointed president of the firm’s newly formed lending division. He received his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003 and has been admitted to the State Bar of New York.
