Conor also played at two rugby world cups. As a club rugby coach, Conor has worked with London Irish and Harlequins. With Harlequins, Conor won the English Premiership and European Challenge Cup. Internationally, Conor was the Head Rugby Coach or Italy from 2016-2019. He is now the Director of Performance for England Rugby.
