On this weeks episode Neil heads to Iowa where he catches up with renowned Land Specialist at Whitetail Properties Real Estate and CEO/Founder of Hunterra Maps-Ben Harshyne.  Ben burst on the scene just a few short years ago and has team up in South Central Iowa with another well known Land Specialist Rich Baugh.  Neil and Ben recount his career ascent starting in Virginia where he worked as a cartographer making maps for the government before taking his map making skills and starting a company called Hunterra.  Ben is now a Land Specialist Real Estate Agent in Iowa and runs a very successful business at Hunterra.  Listen in and get insight on how Ben has purchased his own piece of American land, expands on Hunterra and grows establishes himself in as a leader in the Iowa land market.
