Description

Randall talks about how a new team brings new expectations.  It's always good to have certain buffers between where you think you may end up and real level of the team.  They sometimes match.  They sometimes don't.  How a person goes into the situation can help it out a lot.
Rolly talks about how minor year kids and major year kids have different expectations.  He pines for birth-year teams.
Lance is still frustrated about the results.  He wants a recount.  He demands a full investigation into an organization called the FRONT SUISSE - a group that inflates numbers of listens for native Swiss people.
