Lance fills in the gaps on his sons' journey to Shattuck, then dives into a topic that every parent struggles with:  ice time.  Does my kid deserve more?  Does my kid get less than another kid?  Can I possibly live with the fact that my kid has been replaced on PP1?   Setting expectations of the coach and the team is important from the start.  Lance has thoughts on how to prepare parents for the type of team that they are getting their kids into.  The equipment section for the week is filled with jerseys.  Why do they cost so much?  Is there a better model?  Last, we have the character of the week.  He has a problem with travel hockey.
