Theo Tarver is a former pro player and coach. After a high school state championship as a player, in Monroe Louisiana, he earned a full ride to Georgia Tech and even played in the 2004 National Championship Game. Following his college career from 2002-2006 he played professional basketball around the world up until 2014. Theo immediately got into coaching and has done so at various levels in Germany where he lives with his wife and children. In this episode he shares what it was like to play in the best college conference in the country and how he transitioned to playing overseas. He also shares many of the differences for between the American game and the International game as well as some of the biggest challenges he has faced coaching overseas.
