Ryan Kardok is a current college basketball Coach. He has worked most recently at James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, VA. He has also worked at Bowling Green State University and at the University of Miami under Naismith Coach of the year, Jim Larranaga. He played as a walk-on at the University of South Florida. In this episode Coach Kardok goes into great detail on how coaches can begin to develop identity and culture within their program.  He also explains how players can adapt to the college game and what he looks for in the players he recruits.
