The past few months have been interesting. Obviously still working on sanoMind, but doing a lot of soul searching. As I watch the mental health space I'm trying to figure out where it's going. I still stand by what I'm working on here at sanoMind. Everyone has a brain therefore everyone can benefit from mental health education and knowledge. The information is out there, but it's very scattered and not really easily digestible. I'm constantly reading through all the mental health groups I'm in and I see two things in all of them.  People are looking for help and companionship. 
In this podcast I ramble about my soul searching and where mental health is going as a whole. Where do therapists fit in in this every changing world? How do I stay sane while still working on my mental health daily and trying to build something from nothing when the majority of people couldn't care less about sanoMind? I also touch upon people giving founders ideas and feedback and how most people don't truly know what they want in a product. You have to see what they don't see and build something amazing that they will learn to love. Who knows, I'm just learning and figuring it out one day at a time.
And some more rambling. I recorded this 5 days ago and forgot what else I spoke about, haha!
