Description

MY co-founder Ed and I have been thinking of something to say to show our support for our Black Brothers and Sisters. We didn't want to say something generic or copy and paste the same old corporate "solidarity" posts. To us, all that comes off fake. In thinking about what happened to George Floyd and all the other Blacks people killed by cops, we couldn't find words that would suffice. Then we thought we'd share our story to express how we are able to understand and sympathize the Black community is angry, hurt and fed up with police brutality. In this episode, we share two stories we never really talk about publicly. No reason why. It just never came up. I sat down with my co-founder Ed to tell the story. We're both Puerto Rican and have had our share of run-ins with the cops. We've never committed a crime, but we looked a certain way. Black Lives Matter
