Description

Our guest for today's interview is Marcus Martins. Marcus is currently a religion professor at BYU-Hawaii and was the first black missionary after the 1978 priesthood restriction was lifted. We discuss Marcus's father's conversion story, some of the events that led up to him serving a mission, advice for those that find themselves in a faith crisis, and his convictions of the gospel.

In this podcast, we will address critical issues relating to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in an open and faithful way. My hope is to help anyone who is struggling with doubt and to help those who aren't struggling to be better equipped to help those that do. I'd love to hear from you.
