Description
In today's interview, we're joined by Darren Parry. Darren Parry is the former chairman of the Northwest Band of the Shoshone Nation. In this interview, we discuss the Bear River Massacre. This was the largest massacre of Native Americans in the history of the United States (around 400-450). This is a difficult story but I think there's a lot we can learn from it.
Darren's mission is to bring a voice to these people. He tells of the good they did, the injustices they received, and how they converted to the church. You can learn more about and donate to the Interpretive Center at https://boaogoi.org/
