Description

On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Gina Greenwalt and Alison Teoh from Twitch. Gina is a University Program Manager at Twitch. She's dedicated her career to finding, advocating for, and coaching early career talent from every corner of the universe. She's a big fan of pineapple on pizza and is convinced everyone looks good in Twitch purple. No one is more surprised than her about her newfound passion for Super Smash Bros.

While Alison is an Engineering Manager leading the Notifications team at Twitch. She is passionate about building diverse, collaborative teams who work together to solve hard problems. When not at work, you can find Alison hiking, playing tabletop roleplaying games, or hanging out with her corgis.
We learned the four systems of support that structure their internship program, what motivates each of them in their roles and how a student can stand out when applying to their internship program.
