Description

On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Whitney Hancock and Asia Lum from Twilio. Whitney Hancock is a Program Manager/Talent Partner on the Early in Career team at Twilio. She has been at Twilio for nearly five years where she started as a Recruiter to the industry R&D teams. While Asia is Twilio's Global Intern Program Manager. She's been at Twilio for approaching four years now, first starting out as a Talent Researcher and later supporting Diversity & Inclusion events. She's passionate about building relationships and appreciates how that's been able to play a part in building opportunities for talent of all backgrounds to grow at Twilio.
We learn how a student can differentiate themselves when applying to their internship program, what sparked Twilio to provide educational resources to students and people who interview with them through their Unplugged Program and what is their Twilio Magic.
