At Splunk since 2014, she created the University and Early Career Talent programs. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top university graduates to create a diverse, global workforce. While Daniel is the Early Career Talent, Program Manager at Splunk. In his role, he focuses on intern onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and non-traditional internship programs.
