On this episode of the Hockey Think Tank podcast we bring on NHL certified agent, Al Roy of the Roy Sports Group. Al has been in the business over 20 years now and talks about how his profession and responsibilities has changed in that time. It was a great conversation that got into some great topics including how players and teams deal with mental health in the NHL, how and why the recruitment of kids has gotten so young, and what he does as an agent to prepare his clients for the real world.  He also shares a few great stories about a few of his big time clients, including what it was like being with Nico Hischier the day he was drafted Number 1 overall in the NHL Draft.
