As the NHL offseason winds down, it's time to ramp up the fantasy hockey draft preparation, as many leagues and GMs will be hosting their fantasy hockey drafts over the coming days. Which is why on Tuesday's brand-new episode Steele and Flip serve up their top fantasy hockey draft tips to ensure you come out of any draft with a team full of studs.

Tune in for all five but some of the main pieces of advice focus on a few areas: Do not drink and draft is a golden rule of thumb to help ensure you do not make any hasty or rash decisions that you normally wouldn't have made. Nothing worse than waking up from a fantasy-fueled bender realizing you just traded for an injured or fading player.

Other pieces of fantasy hockey advice that will serve a lot of fantasy hockey GMs out there in the NHL world include taking a shot on some young and upcoming fantasy hockey names instead of fading veterans that have more name than value.
