I had Tucker on years ago for episode 20 and he laid out the entire case against seed oils which was very compelling. Dr. Cate has been on twice already (more recently) and is a wealth of knowledge on many, many things, especially the dangers of seed oils and reinforcing the Sapien diet concepts. We cover how people get fat & sick all the way down to the mitochondrial level.
