Description

For most of my life, I punished myself severely on a daily basis. Criticizing, judging, shaming, berating myself for the mistakes I made, consciously & unconsciously. This culture of punishment isn't something I wanted--it was something I had INHERITED. And I didn't have to recielve that inheritance anymore, retraining my mind, my heart, my body to have grace for myself when I made mistakes, when I looked in the mirror, when I hurt those I loved. In this episode we will learn where our inherited culture of punishment came from, how to unplug from it, and receive our spiritual inheritance of forgiveness & grace where we experience it on a daily basis.  (Follow @womanscircle for upcoming practices on this teaching!)
