This is no different when it comes to nutrition, which is why I invited a registered dietician to answer your questions. Katy specifically talks about foods that optimize fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum breastfeeding. Katy Spencer is a licensed registered dietician, specializing in women’s health and fertility. She, her husband, and two boys live in Nashville, Tennessee where she practices virtually.
