Jessica Stram is the Director of Advocacy - Northeast for Target. Jessica has spent her entire career in lobbying, and has a deep background in the industry with senior-level experience working both in-house and as a contract lobbyist. Jessica attended UCONN, where she earned a B.A. in political science She obtained her first internship in D.C. through The Washington Center She earned a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University Jessica spent seven years at ConnCAN, working her way up from intern to Senior Director of Government Affairs After that, she worked at another education reform organization, and then as a contract lobbyist for two years before landing her position with Target Jessica recently returned from a trip to Cambodia and Malaysia with the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
