Film Kid Asks is the podcast by film students for aspiring filmmakers. It centres the conversation around what we want to know going into the industry by digging into the origin stories and experiences of professionals working in film.
Episode twenty-two is a conversation with editor and post-production producer Jay Prychidny who has worked on projects like Amazing Race Canada, Orphan Black, and Snowpiercer, just to name a few. We discuss his university experience, what he looks for in an assistant editor, and his workflow on different genres and formats of television, among other things.
