Here’s how you can rephrase the feedback you want to get. 1. Can I get your advice? If you've created a solution to something and you want to get feedback on what that solution is. 2. What can I do better? If you want to improve yourself on a certain thing. 3. What can I focus on now to prepare for a future role?
