Many of you are planning to make a career transition into a different industry and so I’m going to take this entire episode and walk you through the steps that you can take to help you transition to another industry. I used to be in finance and, I used to work for the government and I wanted to make a switch into a completely different industry which was Human Resources, training or career coaching and it was really, really tough and I will tell you the toughest part was the mindset, was the belief that I can do that and that’s why that’s my first tip for you is to start changing your mindset and start believing that you can make that transition and you can make it happen.
