The only way not to succeed is to give up too early. Same applies to career change.

Making big shifts such as going from an employee to an entrepreneur mean you will not just change what you DO. It will change who you ARE. 
This is a process of not just carer change, but career transformation. This is career alchemy ? When career you’re building and work you’re DOing becomes aligned with the person you’re BEcoming. 
The only way not to build a fulfilling career is to give up because you don’t see what is possible on the other side. 
The end goal is ALIGNMENT - doing the work you were born to do.
The journey to that goal is ALCHEMY - transforming your experience and gifts into high-value impact-driven work.
The first step on this journey is AWARENESS - connecting the dots between your prior experiences, discovering your biggest gifts and areas of impact. Simply put: understanding who you were born to be.
