The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the return of Dr. Ama Mazama. The director of Graduate Programs of the department of African American Studies and Associate Professor at Temple University, Dr. Mazama is also the managing editor of the Journal of Black Studies. She is internationally recognized as an educational consultant with a distinguished reputation for implementing African content within education curriculum. We spoke with Dr. Mazama years before the rona upended education for children around the world. With universities and kindergartens disrupted for the foreseeable future, a number of parents are reconsidering homeschooling. We'll ask Dr. Mazama for  tips for   parents looking to maximize their child's academic development while staying safe during the pandemic.
