Today we’re going to talk about coronavirus resistance. If we look at a virus, like COVID-19, as if it’s our enemy, it has certain strengths and weaknesses. You would never want to attack an enemy from its strengths. You would want to attack its weaknesses.

What is the strength of a virus?
The strength of the coronavirus is its ability to kill the elderly and people with pre-existing health conditions. Essentially, to attack someone with a weak immune system.

What is the weakness of a virus?
It doesn’t have hardly any influence over people with a healthy immune system.

**Your strategy should be strengthening your immune system.

Healthy eating, consuming foods that are high in nutrients, is vitally important when it comes to strengthening your immune system, and virus resistance. But, when people are stressed, they typically eat unhealthy foods. During a stress state, it’s crucial to continue eating a healthy diet.
Stress, worry, and fear spikes cortisol. Cortisol has an interesting effect on the immune system. Chronic stress can actually suppress the immune system.
Your immune system is your defense against viruses and pathogens. This is why some people have a virus come out of remission when they’re stressed. Stress can increase the susceptibility to certain pathogens.
Not only do you need to strengthen your immune system through foods and nutrition, but you also need to keep your stress as low as possible.

How to help reduce stress:
1. Stay in action—be productive
2. Stop exposing yourself to bad news
3. Take long walks
4. Continue to create a healthy body
