Jennifer Outland split her professional careers between mental health counseling and hospitality before property management found her. Born and raised in Tennessee, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Jennifer started with Rand Property Management in August of 2015. In four short years at Rand she helped build the organization from 225 units to over 1,600, developed the Human Resources Department, and was promoted to Regional Manager in January of 2018. Jennifer currently lives in Knoxville with her husband and son.
