Description

Recently, we lost someone close to us. That loss made us reflect on our lives and what we hold as important. We can all get stuck in those negative emotions we associate with grief if we don't give them some sort of outlet. For us, that outlet looks like talking about it. How do we deal with grief? How can loss create a space in which to examine and reevaluate your own life? Are you proud of the life you're living? These are just some of the tough questions we cover today.
At some point in time, every single one of you who listens to this podcast will deal with the topic of grief and have to address it in order to maintain healthy relationships in your life. So, even though we didn't want to have this hard conversation, we did, because it matters.
If you're interested in hearing my interview with Joe Biden mentioned today, it is episode 83: 'My Conversation with Joe Biden' of the RISE podcast.
