The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically constructed for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have ascertained the best way to reduce conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous unpleasantries we often experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to call in and share details. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are asked to reflect on their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work experience.
