The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly session on Workplace Racism. This installment is uniquely devised to discuss problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have discovered the optimal way to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous problems we often experience under Racist working conditions should be first to call in and share details. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear suggstions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
