Loyalty is what’s priceless.”   There are dozens of ways potential clients can stumble upon your services; most of them are via online platforms. Because of this, Scott encourages all practices to maintain an online presence. He has found that, “If they are looking for physical therapy, you need to be able to be present in that local region.”   As your business grows, you may find yourself having difficulties finding ways to scale or automate certain aspects of your responsibilities.
