Dr. Berg discussed the dangers of crossing your legs too much. Quadratus Lumborum is the muscle of the posterior abdominal wall and the deepest abdominal muscle and commonly referred to as the back muscle in both sides. The function of this muscle is to raise the hip on the one side. If you’re crossing your hips only on one side over the period of time, it is going to shorten the muscle and can pull the vertebrae that can pinch other side which can cause low back pain. He also illustrates the ways on how to test the low back pain and the ways on how correct it.
