Dr. Eric Berg talks about the relationship between protein and belly fat burning. Protein is responsible to trigger 3 main fat burning hormones - growth hormone, IGF-1, glucagon. But Proteins should not be consumed in excess quantity as that can stop us from losing weight as that can trigger insulin.
