Charlotte Ritchie, the star of Call The Midwife, Fresh Meat, and now The Philanthropist at London's Trafalgar Studios, got chatting in the GLAMOUR podcupboard with Jo and Entertainment Director Helen Whitaker.

The play has themes that relate to the recent terror attack in Manchester, and in this episode, recorded on May 26 and so before the attacks at London Bridge, Charlotte described what it feels like to be in a show that suddenly has very real references to current events, and how director Simon Callow decided to proceed.

And the trio discuss things that matter, and really don't. Is it OK to mute your friends on social media? Is it OK to waltz around your kitchen making an imaginary awards speech, or declaring your Desert Island Discs? And is there a 'wrong way' and a right way to be a woman?
