About this ebook

It is usual to scheme and deploy any weapon to achieve the defeat of an opponent in combat. However, in traditional Africa, such weapons included the use of craft, magic, sorcery, and other spiritual forces. Modern states use diplomacy, guns, machine guns, bombs, and missiles as examples of such weapons. This is due to the belief that using spiritual forces in battle is significantly more effective than relying just on human/material forces and methods. This is exactly how the Nigerian Etsako handle their community combat, both in terms of ideology and conduct. But the question remains: How is sorcery and witchcraft employed in warfare? Is the application of those spiritual components in a traditional African setting effective and appropriate in contemporary combat? This essay shows that the employment of witchcraft, magic, and sorcery is always a formidable force in combat in Africa, as shown by the example of the Etsako of Nigeria

Witchcraft: A weapon of the spirit

"For a very long time, witches and wizards have dealt with my family and I. For years, I have experienced various assaults that have kept me awake. The attacks even reached my only son, who had a witch inject him with an evil chemical in a dream. As a result, he stopped going to school and developed a heroin and marijuana addiction. Later, my kid developed mental instability and was placed in a treatment facility. My business flopped, and my family members became sick out of the blue. In fact, I can't express my gratitude to God enough for what he accomplished in my family via the use of your oil. It seemed impossible when I initially contacted you, but you urged me to get some bottles of your oil, which I did. After the first prayer, I didn't notice anything until I ordered from you a second time and properly followed the instructions. God made his splendour known. My one and only son's recovery from his illness and subsequent freedom from hard narcotics was the first miracle. He was released from the rehabilitation facility and is currently succeeding academically. In fact, my son stopped sniffing and smoking after that. God is awesome, sir. My health is back to normal, and all those nasty witchcraft and wizardry attacks are now a thing of the past. Business has also picked up nicely. God must favor you in my behalf- Testimony of a Christian

In my humble opinion, the reason why Europeans refer to Africa as the Dark Continent is not just because of our mentality, society, or mind, but also because of our wickedness. They have witnessed the extent of witchcraft, astral pollution, and other related metaphysical evils with its towering darkness and wickedness of our people, the black race. Don't forget, dear reader, that when an African finds it impossible to kill a family member or friend who is considered an adversary, he intentionally goes to his child or children in order to cause the so-called enemy unending suffering.

When death occurs in old age, it should be viewed as a blessing because it is normal. Today, we see firsthand the countless young people, boys and girls, who pass very suddenly and for no apparent cause. The ones that the evil men and women are unable to kill psychically are bewitched, locked away, and made to live in misery.

However, since I am aware of how terrible persons think and how they view other people's accomplishment, I am not astounded by this. There are deaths right now that are extremely sad, especially when they leave large gaps in the lives of innocent families. Such is not common. Age-related mortality forces one to concur with Mark Twain's statement that Whoever has lived long enough to discover what life is, knows how deep a depth of gratitude we owe to Adam, the first great benefactor of our race. Death entered the world thanks to him.

A scenario that the developed nations may have outgrown due to civilization, on the other hand, is the ongoing death of youth on the continent of Africa, which is a source of considerable surprise and concern.

But this makes me think of Sigmund Freud's words, who said in one of his classic works, Civilization and its discontents, And now, it seems to me, the meaning of the evolution of culture is no longer a riddle to us. The conflict between Eros and Death, between the instincts for life and the inclinations for destruction, as it manifests in the human species, must be shown to us. All life ultimately involves a struggle for survival, including the human species.

Every person must fight for their existence on the correct route and not in any other way. Some people still go to local doctors in the same
