    THE PANDEMIC OF EXISTENTIAL FEAR

This book penetrates a taboo area and deals with radical thoughts on a sensitive subject. Of course, this cannot be done with a gentle stroke of the pen, but only with statements that shake us up, move something in us, and sometimes even upset us - with statements that can perhaps also arouse an aggressiveness in us. This is necessary when it comes to passing on the teachings of Hermeticism. We all have certain ideas about existence, finances, profession and money. All these areas are imprinted with certain ideas in our society, and in each area there are also social and political imprints. Some statements in this book may read like political statements - but this is not intended. The author is not a member of any political party and does not wish to propagate party ideals. It may be that, over the years, parties find certain ideas particularly interesting, which can happen again and again - whether they then implement them is another matter.

The book you are reading is dedicated to protecting us from the pandemic of existential anxiety. It is striking that every time we grapple with existence, we basically do not know what it really is. We have no idea who we really are - and even if we did, our unanswered questions would be even bigger. We know that we don't know anything, and that area is getting bigger and bigger. Existence is indeed a subject we can devote time to in our lives. As simple as it may seem, it is one of the most daring subjects because existence can shake the foundations of our behavior patterns, ideals, and values. If we are willing, we should shake them and check certain assumptions. We should compare them from a different perspective and see if they can help us, because that is the point.

If a goal has an affinity with us, if we want to achieve that goal, then we should trust the tools of the person who has achieved it or who can show us a way to get there ourselves. Not every person needs to have achieved every goal. But some people simply know how to achieve certain goals. An example of this from the field of sports is a professional boxer who is able to teach student athletes in another field because he knows exactly how things work. It doesn't always have to be boxing - for example, as a champion, he can teach other people stamina, tactics, strategy, and similar skills. For example, if a world champion boxer teaches a marathon runner how to improve his endurance, it does not mean that the boxer has to run marathons himself. He simply knows the methodology of how it works. The same applies to the subject of this book: not every goal is worth striving for as a person, even though I know how to achieve these goals. How can we realize our inner goals? What steps do we need to take? What can prevent us from achieving them and how can we remove the obstacles? That's what this book is about.

When we deal with our existence, it affects all areas of our life. At first glance, one might think that existence is just an arbitrary, superficial goal that is really only about one's job or finances or different fears. In the end, however, it affects our entire life. Our partnership, our relationships, and our family - everything that plays a role in our lives or seems important to us is part of this theme. All of the explanations in this book can be applied, if we are willing, to any area of our lives that is hurting us at the moment. Everyone has at least one area that is particularly challenging. No one would be interested in protecting themselves from the pandemic of existential anxiety if they did not have some challenging situations. If he thinks he does not have them, it is because he is not yet aware of them. This book also wants to make the reader aware of those problems he does not even know he has. For the task of a well-functioning master plan is also to make the problems visible to us, so that we can then solve them. On the other hand, if we do not know the problems, we cannot find a solution to them. Then we have many problems, and our whole environment already sees the problems, but we may not want to see them. Then it feels like life is going downhill.

THE ORIGIN OF MAN'S EXISTENTIAL FEARS

Where does existential fear come from? is a fair question. And is it a natural fear? The fact is, you won't find a human being in this world who isn't plagued by existential anxiety - not even gurus or the like are immune. Why should they be? Our existence, that is, our being, already has as a condition that we want to evolve, that we have to experience progress and change in some direction. Our life is evolution. Not in the sense of Darwin's theory of evolution, but as an individual and collective change towards the positive, in which the sphere of life does not play a role. As a human species, we are here today because our ancestors also felt this urge to change. In the past, the goal may have been to change in order not to starve. After a few years, it may have been to avoid being killed by someone and to defend one's kingdom. Later, it may have been to avoid spiritual starvation, as in ancient Greece. In the development of humanity, there have always been phases in which people could perceive a certain impulse. This impulse, which was and is not pleasant, pushed them to change and develop in a certain direction.

At the heart of all these changes is existential fear. Depending on how we look at it, it can even be seen as a particularly positive force in this creation, in the context of human development. With the impulse of existential fear, we also feel the urge to change. Our future generations will benefit from all the changes we as humanity have gone through in the present. All of these changes are ultimately based on existential fear. We may think that modern medicine wants to cure patients of some disease or ailment
